Built for Central Texas ground and weather
Much of Bell and Williamson County sits on Blackland Prairie clay, which swells when it’s wet and shrinks in a dry summer. We plan footings and anchors around the ground you actually have, and concrete is available, poured at 3,000 PSI as standard.
Frames are welded red iron, 14-gauge as standard with an 11-gauge column upgrade for heavy use. Every roof and wall panel is 26-gauge PBR, in 39 colors.
Temple, Belton, Killeen and Bell County each handle building permits their own way, and many subdivisions have HOA rules for carports and outbuildings. We’ll talk you through both before you sign.
