No. Every Triple J carport is welded on site by our own crew, at no extra charge. Wind performance still comes from the whole engineered system, anchoring included, not the connection method alone.
A 20×20 flat-roof carport at 10 ft starts at $3,000, welded, steel and installation. Concrete, walls and other add-ons are priced separately. Final pricing follows your dimensions and scope.
Yes. If you already have a slab, we anchor straight to it. We can also pour a new pad on the same job.
