Troy sits on I-35 in northeastern Bell County, about 9 miles north of Temple. It grew up around the railroad station in the 1880s, and Troy ISD still describes the community as rural and agricultural. It is growing fast too: the population rose from 1,645 in 2010 to 2,375 in 2020, and new subdivisions are planned. We build on new lots and on acreage alike, with the structure and any concrete quoted as one scope.
