Information we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact us, we collect the details you provide (such as name, phone, email, ZIP code, project description, photos you choose to add, and any optional fields on the form). We use this information only to respond to your request and to operate our business.

On the quote form, once you type a complete phone number we save it with what you have entered so far, even if you don’t press Send, so we can reach you about that quote. The form says so under the phone field. If you don’t send it, we text you once at most, and never again if you reply STOP. Unsent forms and their photos are deleted after 30 days.

Photos you add are stored privately, seen only by our team, and stripped of location data before they are saved.

How we use information

We use your information to text, call or email you about your project, send project-related communications, and maintain internal records. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on trusted vendors to run this website and our operations (for example: hosting, email delivery, and internal tools). Those providers may process data on our behalf under agreements that require appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics tools (Vercel Analytics and PostHog) to understand how visitors use our site: which pages they view, which buttons they tap, how far they get through the quote form, and how quickly pages load. PostHog may also record visits (scrolling, taps and page changes) so we can see where the site is confusing. Anything typed into a form field is hidden from those recordings, and we do not send your name, phone number, email or message to these analytics tools. When you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google Ads measures whether the visit led to a quote request, a message or a call; to make that match it receives the contact details from your quote request or message in hashed (scrambled) form. If you later hire us, we tell Google Ads (or Meta, for our Facebook and Instagram ads) that the ad led to a job and its amount, using only the ad's click ID: no name, phone number or email goes with it. We may ask one optional multiple-choice question, such as how you heard about us. When you send or start a quote request, an AI tool writes us a short summary of the pages you looked at, so we can answer you better; it never includes what you typed. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings.

You may ask us to update or delete your contact information by emailing julianleon@triplejmetaltx.com or calling 254-346-7764. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
